A new release of the Surga Central CRM Proptech platform has been announced by Adept Business Systems Pty Ltd. The technology incorporates a range of new features, increasing the appeal of the platform to multi-team agencies, and providing commercial real estate agencies of all sizes with powerful new tools to improve productivity and customer service.
A major enhancement to the platform offers agents the ability to manage a wide range of tasks, typical to commercial real estate sales and leasing, by using the Surga Go app directly from their smartphone.
Vacancy tasks display automatically to remind agents to follow up tenants and landlords ahead of upcoming lease expiries. Match tasks are generated when new listings are entered that meet the requirements of tenants to lease commercial space or the requirements of investors to buy commercial property. From the mobile app, agents can reassign tasks to other team members or perform tasks that others in their team have pending.
